Liz is our dedicated Aesthetic Coordinator and Skincare Specialist here at Papillon Medical. With extensive knowledge in the field of aesthetics and a deep passion for skincare, Liz brings both expertise and heart to every patient interaction. Her commitment to excellent customer service and personalized care truly sets her apart.

She loves working one-on-one with patients to build customized aesthetic plans that align with their unique goals. Whether it’s recommending the right skincare routine or guiding patients through their treatment journey, Liz is always focused on helping others feel confident in their skin.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys a full and busy life with her wonderful partner and their two children. Together, they share a home filled with love, laughter, and a few furry family members—including their loyal Golden Retriever, Jimmy, and their cat with big personality, Carole B.

Despite her name, Philadelphia was born in South Africa and moved to Canada for school. Her experience ranges from hairdressing and makeup, to medical office assistant and unit clerk. She has always emphasized the importance of caring for oneself and others. With a particular interest in skin care and their disorders, she says Papillon Medical has provided a place for her to be “efficient, fabulous and effective”. Both sides of Philadelphia’s family have been deeply affected by skin disorders such as melanoma, so Papillon is her happy medium between her two passions- medical aid and cosmetology. She hopes to highlight the importance of sun protection to any patient seeking skin care advice, making her favourite products in office the SkinCeuticals- Physical Fusion sunscreen or any of the tinted sunscreens from TIZO.

In her free time, you can find Philadelphia weight training, partner dancing, singing karaoke or hosting movie marathons with her childhood best friends.

Coming from Manitoba, Sandra here is the unicorn of our clinic.

She loves a peaceful hike. Spending her weekends with her beloved son; her 2-year-old golden retriever, Archie.

Having over 6 years of experience in both hospital and specialist care, she has assisted thousands of patients. Throughout the years Sandra says one thing stays consistent: how valuable empathetic and attentive service really is.

She feels her most confident when she is simultaneously comfortable. Making her favorite products in office our Jane Iredale liquid mineral foundation, getting glam has never been better for the health of her skin!

Sandra’s favorite service at Papillon is the Hydrafacial.

Originally from Chile, South America, Javiera brings both warmth and energy to the Papillon team. While she jokingly claims she’s “not a drama queen,” she did earn her school’s very first drama award, which is a fun fact that perfectly captures her vibrant personality. With a degree as a Medical Office Assistant, Javiera has found her passion in the aesthetics industry. Growing up in a home where skin health wasn’t a priority, she loves that her role allows her to learn about proper skincare, and pass that knowledge on to her son to help protect his skin for the future.

Outside of the clinic, Javiera enjoys salsa dancing, spending time with her fiancé, son, and her two French bulldogs, Chester and Vinnie. Whether she’s soaking up the sun (always with her sunscreen!) or finding joy in a freshly cleaned space, she brings positivity to everything she does.

Miguel LorenzoEscaner Lopez Paña is a dedicated Medical Office Assistant with a variety of experience in different branches of Health care such as, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Diagnostics, Internal Medicine and Dermatology. He got into healthcare due to his passion about helping people with their overall health. He provides compassionate front-line support while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks. His ability to communicate clearly with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers helps create a professional and welcoming environment for every patient visit.

During his free time, he likes to go eat out and discover different restaurants, shopping, playing golf during the summer, and ice hockey during the winter. He also has 2 dogs that he loves more than anything in the world.

Jamie joined our team in 2018 and has been a valued team member ever since. As our Patient Co-ordinator and MOA, Jamie manages the flow of our busy office with great enthusiasm and efficiency. Jamie loves spending time with her kids and family, and spending time outside any season of the year. Give her any book and she will read it.  Jamie loves coming to work and enjoys interacting with the staff and patients!
