N.J is a Holistic Nutritionist, C.H.N.C., with over a decade of experience specializing in women’s health. She blends evidence-informed nutrition with holistic wisdom and lifestyle support to help women build lifelong habits that support energy, hormonal health, digestion and stress resilience – empowering a vibrant life.

She believes meaningful change comes from small, consistent shifts that help women reconnect with their bodies. Her work is rooted in a bio-individual approach, recognizing that every woman’s needs and health story are unique.

Outside her clinical work, N.J is inspired by movement – yoga, pilates, long walks and dancing purely for joy. She loves spending time with her family and her two fur babies, a Yorkie and a Chihuahua. She is also a passionate traveler and finds that nature, music and mindful living continually enriches her life.
